Trying to be skinny is hard.
So tomorrow I have the 3rd round of boot camp, love a 10 o’clock bed time!
The first workout was horrible, I came out feeling sick, tired and close to tears. Friday morning was a lot better! It was still really, really hard but I felt good after and I’m half looking forward to tomorrow.
My least favourite part is the nutrition plan. There’s no bread, pasta or crisps and that’s pretty much my diet! I’m getting there so hopefully I start seeing a difference and that’ll motivate me.
Off to get into bed now, I feel like such a granny :)
