Stop kidding yourself; use your blog as a dairy, blog REAL progress when it happens over periods of time, blog your meals as that will make you want to eat healthier, and what exercise you do that day. You NEED at least 1 hour of intense exercise per day and a very good diet to see any difference. Maybe this is the kick up the lardy arse you need.
It’s not that I don’t like anons, it’s that I think people should be honest. If you have something harsh to say, own up to it. I can take criticism.
I’m not a weight loss blog, I mention it in passing a few times because it’s something that is going on in my life currently. I keep a food diary where I write what I’m eating and I do 45 minutes of metabolic exercise every other day. I just don’t post about it all the time so don’t assume I’m not doing these things or I’m doing something wrong.
You’re making quite good points but throwing in little insults really weakens your argument because it makes you seem petty.
Also, I’m not kidding myself and I don’t have a lardy arse thanks.
